Pursuant to our CBA, all AirTran flight attendants received a 4% pay increase effective May 1, 2012.  This increase is in addition to all annual longevity increases.  To see the actual amount of your new hourly rate, please refer to Section 2:  Compensation of our CBA (a copy can be found on our websitewww.afaairtran.com).

However, please keep in mind this pay increase is for all credit hours from May 1st forward.  This pay increase will NOT be reflected on your May 10th paycheck (which reconciles credit hours earned in April).  Your May 25th check will be the first paycheck to reflect the pay increase.  If you have any questions, please contact a Union leader or your Payroll Specialist.
