Ghost Riders/Compliance Riders
 
Ghost riders are passengers who rate your performance as a flight attendant. The following list includes some of the items that they are watching for.


1) Greeting when boarding

2) Predeparture drinks offered in a timely manner served with a napkin and on a tray

3) Customer names are used in business class

4) XM headsets are distributed.

5) Announcements - Are they audible? Pay close attention to your tone!

6) Aircraft is neat including the galley

7) Counting how many times trash is picked up and at what time during the flight. Compliance riders also ensure this is completed every 15 minutes.

8)FA appearance including clean uniform and hair, wearing your service apron and appropriate shoes.

9)How service was done including how the order was taken.

10) Briefing at exit row.
Are you aware? Do you understand? Are you willing? (Also include appropriate comments for the 717 OWE, your name, and reference the safety information card.)

11)Lavatories - Clean and stocked with supplies

12) What you are doing when passengers deplane - Ensure to thank each customer!

13) They are checking to see what you are doing after service.
