| FLiCA Processing Errors - UPDATE |
We are aware of the FLiCA processing challenges stemming from yesterday. Here's what we know so far:
A trade yesterday between two flight attendants resulted in an error the Company hasn't seen before and has been unable to clear. This has resulted in a "log jam" of other trades.

FLiCA Outage Planned For May 30
The Company has advised union leadership that FLiCA will be down for up to 12 hours on the night of May 30th. This is to facilitate a move of the FLiCA Data Center from Atlanta to Dallas by Sabre Technologies.

| KCM Debuts For AirTran May 21, 2013 |
We are excited to announce that after much work, Known Crew Member (KCM) has FINALLY arrived for AirTran flight attendants. Beginning May 21st, you will be able to access KCM entry points. A memo from Mike Hafner - VP/Cabin Services and Alison Head - President/AFA Council 57 has been published in FLiCA.

The next step of Operation Orange has arrived!
We are stepping up our visibility efforts – and sending a clear message to management that their opening proposal was not only unacceptable, but was overwhelmingly insulting. AirTran flight attendants expect Southwest management to negotiate a fair and realistic contract with our Negotiations Team.

| Recurrent Training Modules |
There are reports of consistent challenges with Recurrent Modules for the 2013 year. We need to address this as a systemic problem with the Company, but we need documentation from you to do so. If you have attended recurrent training in 2013, and have been unable to complete your Recurrent Modules due to “technical errors”, please provide the following information.

AirTran flight attendants begin journey to Southwest Airlines.
Over 350 AirTran flight attendans have "crossed the partition" and are now flying in the Southwest system.
