| SWA Announces Plans For All Remaining AirTran Cities |
On January 20th, Southwest Airlines announced it’s plans for all cities currently in the AirTran system. Six additional cities will be cut from the AirTran route map, 22 cities not currently served by Southwest will retain AirTran service and eventually become SWA destinations, and all cities currently served by both AirTran and SWA will be retained.

| Per Diem Change Reminder |
Pursuant to our CBA, Expenses section, per diem changed from $2.00/Hr TAFB to $2.05/Hr TAFB effective January 1st. This will be reflected on your February 10th pay check.

| Reserve Bucket System Arbitration Scheduled |
As previously communicated, an MEC grievance was filed last August regarding the Reserve Bucket System. That grievance will be going to final and binding arbitration on January 19th. You may continue to submit documentation regarding the Reserve Bucket System for use in arbitration. However, please keep in mind, we will not receive a ruling from the arbitrator that day.

Many of you have asked about the Southwest Airlines Profit Sharing Plan now available to all AirTran employees. Particularly how a flight attendant participates in the plan with the "1,000 Hours of Service" rule.
