Important SMT Reminders:
 

• August SMT Bids Close June 16^that 12:00PM ET.
   
• For those of you attending SMT in June, the SWA Secondary Bids for July opened yesterday June 12^th, and close June 15^th.
   
• For those of you attending SMT in July, the SWA Domicile Bids for August opened today June 13^th, and will close on June 27^th.  It is also important that you order your SWA uniforms within the next two weeks to ensure they arrive prior to you travelling to Dallas on July 8^th.
   

Also for those of you attending SMT in July, pursuant to the SMT Vacancy Notice, you are required to maintain at least 12 credit hours prior to attending SMT, in order to cover the July 4^thholiday.  Vacation and carry –in pairings count toward this requirement.

If you are attending SMT in July and have not received your new SWA employee number yet, it is imperative you contact SWA Crew Planning as soon as possible.  For anyone attending SMT this summer, continue to monitor your company email for important information throughout the process.
