Recurrent E-Learning

The recurrent e-learning module has now been in effect for several months. Most will tell you that it is easier than sitting in class an additional day. The biggest problem so far has been flight attendants not completing the online portion of recurrent prior to attending the hands on class. The training department has the capability of tracking successful completion of the e-learning portion of recurrent. Any Flight Attendant who has not completed the e-learning modules will not be allowed to take the hands on portion of recurrent. If you attempt to attend the hands on portion and have not completed the online modules you will be asked to leave the class. In addition, if you fail the written test you will be required to retake the e-learning class.

A computer has been set up in the ATL Reservations Center for Flight Attendant eLearning Recurrent Training. The computer is available for use Monday through Friday from 0730 - 2100. The ATL Reservations Center is located at 1800 Phoenix Boulevard, Suite 104, Atlanta, GA 30349.

The company will have a supply of ear buds on sight for use. However, if you have a pair of headphones that you are comfortable using, bring them with you.

Common questions concerning the e-learning modules:

Why does my crewtime report not show credit for completing the e-learning course?
The crew time report will credit your record with 2 days of recurrent pay once you have completed the hands on portion of the training. Every FA will be paid for 2 days of recurrent.

How long do I have to complete the e-learning portion of recurrent?
The online portion can be accessed the month prior to your recurrent training date. The online portion MUST be completed prior to attending class at the training center.

What happens if my internet connection is dropped while taking an e-learning module?
You will be required to restart the module from the beginning if your internet connection is lost.

Can I review completed modules?
Yes. You are able to review individual modules and take the review test by clicking on the module directory located at the top of the home page. Please note that the questions change every time you take the review test.

Why does the program not show that I have successfully completed a module of the e-learning course?
Once a module has been completed, you will need to refresh the page by clicking on the refresh button on the toolbar at the top of the page.

Please remember that business casual dress is required for the hands on training and that your manual must be up to date.
